The 5th NLP Symposium brings together researchers, students, and practitioners working on Natural Language
Processing, with a special focus on the role of NLP in current state-of-the-art AI and GenAI technologies.
The symposium is organized by the Department of Computer Science, Isra University Hyderabad,
and will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
The day will feature keynote talks and a panel discussions session covering topics such as language
modeling for low-resource languages, datasets and treebank construction, machine translation, speech
processing, and applications of large language models to regional languages. See the
